🧾 Ingredients:

  • Maida (all-purpose flour) – 2 cups
  • Shahad (honey) – 1 cup
  • Brown sugar – Β½ cup
  • Anday – 2
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
  • Cloves powder – ΒΌ tsp
  • Nutmeg powder – ΒΌ tsp
  • Ginger powder – Β½ tsp
  • Lemon zest ya orange zest – 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Badam ya hazelnuts (crushed) – Β½ cup

  1. Honey + sugar garam karo
    Ek pan mein honey aur brown sugar halki heat pe melt karo (boil nahi karna). Thanda hone do.
  2. Eggs mix karo
    Is mixture mein eggs aur vanilla add karke achi tarah whisk karo.
  3. Dry ingredients add karo
    Maida, baking powder aur saare spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves) mix karke batter mein daal do.
  4. Nuts & zest add karo
    Lemon/orange zest aur crushed nuts mix karo.
  5. Dough rest
    Dough ko 30–60 minutes rest karne do (thoda sticky hota hai, ye normal hai).
  6. Shape & bake
    • Oven preheat: 180Β°C
    • Baking tray par small rounds ya cookies shape bana lo
    • 12–15 minutes bake karo
  7. Finish
    Thanda hone ke baad:
    • Ya to powdered sugar glaze karo
    • Ya melted chocolate se coat kar lo πŸ˜‹
